Possibly. A bit more back ground. Betty Swift married Charles Lionel Sparke June 1942, he was in the RAF and was killed December 1942. S E B O was married to a Betty Sparke in 1942, her second marriage, possibly. S E B O and B S had a child towards the end of 1944 named Betty A, S E B O may well have not known this as he was killed in India in November 1944. The relationship I am looking at is the first marriage Sparke/Swift and Sparke is the line. I know that there is no relationship link from Osman to Sparke but it may well be that B S had some photographs of C L S which she passed on to her daughter. I have managed to obtain quite a lot about S E B O from the FindMyPast website. The hope is to find Betty A Osman. Thanks for your suggestions aland

You say, S E B O was married to a Betty Sparke in 1942, her second marriage, possibly. Do you have the marriage certificate for this?
I don't know if you have this already but I think this is your Betty,
Betty A Osman Mother's Maiden Surname: Sparke Regd in Dec q 1944 Regd in Bury St. E. Regd Essex, Suffolk Vol 4a Page 1322a
I suggest you send off for the birth cert, this may give you the fathers name.
