Anyone know the whereabouts of Dave Clark?

Trying to get contact details for Dave Clark who was a Driver for the GOC Scottish Command in 1969-70 in Edinburgh.  If anyone knows anything I'd be most grateful for either a way to contact him or ask him to contact me.  I've good news for him.
